Wing Unions:

Wing Unions have proven their high level of efficiency in extremely severe flow conditions such as very high pressure and flow rates, high and low temperatures, multiphase flow, erosive agents, vibration in pumping piping systems. 

Wing unions are also often referred to as hammer unions or hammer lug unions dependent upon customers or manufacturers. Whatever name is used, they are the quickest connection method for joining piping components together in a temporary system.

Clamp Connectors:

Clamp Connectors are ideally used in high-pressure and high-temperature flowline systems and offer considerable advantages as opposed to conventional flanges. They save size, weight, allow 360° orientation, and minimize rig-up installation and maintenance downtime. Pressure-energized    metal-to-metal sealing provides leak-free connections with lower bolt torque and no elastomeric seals.

Our Clamp Connectors are designed for Sour Gas service and severe environments.

All our Clamp Connectors are compliant with ASME VIII-div.2 – appendix 4, PED 2014/68/EU and NACE MR01-75 standard and are fully interchangeable with other well-known brands available in the market.

FLUID CHARACTERISTICS:

•  Fluid characteristics, Abrasive & corrosive content

MECHANICAL CONSTRAINTS:

•  Radial & axial loads.
•  Rotating speed.

SERVICE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

•  Ambient temperature & environment (indoor, outdoor).
•  Service frequency (time per day).

Prefabricated Pup JointS & Fittings:

Are used for temporary operations and removable piping systems. Each component is fitted with wing union ends for fast and easy installation. Commonly used in upstream oil & gas well sites it can be useful in all industrial applications.

A crossover pressure rating is always the lowest rating of the two piping systems (or equipment rating).
