  •  The pump boasts a broad hydraulic range with more than 200 impeller and volute combinations, resulting in quiet operation, low NPSH requirements, and high-efficiency operation in all water applications.
  •  Fully compliant with ISO 13709/API 610 (BB1), this heavy-duty, single-stage pump with side/side nozzles is well-suited for process charge, transfer, and pipeline services where uncompromising reliability over a wide flow range is paramount.
  •  With a double suction impeller and side-side nozzles, this medium-pressure pump is a natural solution for low NPSH applications, such as water and hydrocarbon transfer service. Designed to ISO 13709/API 610 (BB1) criteria.
  •  A two-stage pump with a double suction, first-stage impeller, it is designed for water pipelines, transfer services, firefighting, and high-pressure duties. ISO 13709/API 610 (BB1) compliant models available.
  •  Compliant with ISO 13709/API 610 (BB2), the radially split design of the DVSR makes it ideal for applications at very high pressures or low specific gravity, such as liquefied gases, including CO2.
  •  Horizontal, self-priming multistage ring-section pump designed for pumping liquids at their boiling point. It is particularly well suited for condensates, liquefied gases, refrigerants, LPG and boiler feedwater.
  •  A centerline mounted, ring section pump, the WX is available in various hydraulics and API 610 material combinations to suit application needs. It provides reliable, efficient performance with total lifecycle cost economy.
  •  Next-generation, multistage, ring section pumps designed to provide the highest efficiency, long-term reliability and easy operation. Meet the technical requirements of ISO 5199/EN 25199.  
  •  With more than 10,000 units supplied, this highly reliable pump is ideal for high-flow, high-pressure applications across the gamut of industries, including oil and gas, chemical, and desalination. Designed to ISO 13709/API 610 (BB3) criteria.

 

Below is a detailed example of one of our multistage pumps used for crude oil transportation proposal in Iraq: 

Our multistage pumps are manufactured by known brands in the industry fully compliant with ISO 13709/API 610, the latest edition. It is engineered and built for high-pressure, heavy-duty applications. Boasting a comprehensive range of hydraulic coverage, our pump permits precise selection to ensure the best hydraulic fit, operating efficiency, and stability. This helps to minimize operating expenses and extend mean time between repair.

Operating Parameters:

  •  Flows to 5621 m3/h (24,750 gpm)
  •  Heads to 2620 m (8600ft)
  •  Pressures to 275 bar (4000 psi)
  •  Temperatures to 204°C (400°F)
  •  Speeds to 6000 rpm
  •  Specific gravities down to 0.35


  

Features and Benefits:

Near Centerline Mounted Pump Casing maintains alignment during operation at elevated temperatures. Casing and Internal Material Combinations selected to meet service requirements. Available materials of construction include carbon steel, chromium steel, austenitic stainless steel and super duplex stainless steel.

Raised Face Flanges meet ASME B16.5 dimensional criteria. Class 600 suction and discharge minimum.

 

High-pressure casings and Class 900 and 1500 are also available. 


Nozzles are integral with the lower half casing, permitting disassembly of the pump without disturbing piping connections. Nozzles are designed to handle external forces and moments equal to or in excess of ISO/API specified figures. 

Cap Nutson the top half casing parting flange allow easy casing removal for inspection and maintenance.

                    Axially Split Center Bushing and Channel Rings enable inspection and dynamic balancing of the rotor without dismantling.

Seal Chamber is compliant with ISO 21049/API 6llllllllllllll criteria. This design allows for the installation of cartridge-type single, dual unpressurized, and dual pressurized mechanical seals to meet the required safety and environmental requirements.

Replaceable Casing and Impeller Wear Rings control interstage leakage and provide hydraulic stability. Optional laser-hardened, HVOF overlaid or non-metallic wear rings in Graphalloy, PEEK® and other materials may be specified. 

Certified Testing is performed on each DMX pump prior to shipment.
