For Chemical Dosing Systems requiring high flow dosing pumps a motor pump provides the optimum solution. Designed to handle the toughest applications, our dosing pump will increase process reliability due to its robust, state-of-the-art design.

Our pumps are high flow rate mechanical piston pumps for pressurized applications in chemical dosing. Extensive build options permit great customizability to maximize economy and practicality. Pumps are available as single of three phase motors and maintain a constant stroke rate frequency of 60, 103 or 120 strokes per minute, depending upon the model.

All pumps have manual stroke length adjustment as standard. Optional automatic stroke length adjustment accepts a 4-20 mA signal (models with 9.3, 10, 12.3, 14, 14.5, 15, and 20 mm stroke lengths only) and are available with self-ventilated motors suitable for inverter control. 

SPECIFICATION OF CHEMICAL DOSING PUMP:

•  ½” to 1½” Gm valves.
•  Single or double ball check valves.
•  Manufactured in accordance with CE regulations.
•  Die-cast aluminum housing protected by epoxy/anti-acid paint.
•  Adjustable Stroke Length from 10%-100%.
•  Standard motors are “TEFC”, 3 phase: 0.25 Kw – 0.37 Kw – 0.55Kw -0.75 Kw; 1400 rpm, Isolation Class F.
•  Protection rating IP55.
•  Standard power supply: 230/400 Vac, three phase, 50/60 Hz.
•  Power supply options: 230 Vac, Single-phase motors, 50/60 Hz; 110 Vac, Single-phase, 50/60 Hz.

 MATERIAL:

•  Pump Head: AISI 316L or PVC; Also available in PVDF or PTFE.
•  Diaphragm: NBR, FPM or EPDM.
•  Seals: NBR, FPM or EPDM.
